Dana Point Martial Arts Classes for Adults
Our Adults martial arts classes in Dana Point have been called “advanced fighting concepts for everyone”. The level of intelligence found within our adult program is nothing short of genius. Others have called our approach to Wing Chun “beautiful science” due to its graceful dominance. “If you want to know no-nonsense fighting, you will learn Wing Chun at The Dragon Institute,” said Security Officer Scott Brians. “No other school does it like them. Their level of knowledge and ability to apply is unmatched! Those that think they know fighting will quickly be humbled.”

Dana Point Qigong Classes
Our Dana Point Qigong (Chi Kung) classes are very similar to Tai Chi except there is no emphasis on combat. Our qigong classes include slow, moving exercises with an emphasis on calming and healing the mind, body and soul. We participate in Chen-style Tai Chi silk-reeling spiraling exercises, internal martial arts principles, meditative tendon changing exercises, low-impact movements to improve circulation, regulate blood pressure, strengthen the legs and correct the posture.
