Our Dana Point kids martial arts classes specialize in the art of Wing Chun Kung Fu – a Chinese martial art known for its close-quarters self-defense effectiveness. With the art of Wing Chun, your kid will learn to calm their nerves in stressful situations, directly handle bullies, protect themselves and others, learn razor-sharp kung fu focus and most importantly, learn what it means to have compassion for others. Dana Point Tai Chi / Qigong Classes
Our Dana Point Tai Chi / Qigong (Chi Kung) classes specialize in slow, moving exercises with an emphasis on calming and healing the mind, body and soul. Great for all ages including seniors, our Dana Point qigong classes include energy cultivation exercises, Chen-style Tai Chi silk-reeling spiraling exercises, internal martial arts principles, meditative tendon changing exercises, low-impact movements to improve circulation, regulate blood pressure, strengthen the legs and correct the posture. You will learn to feel the Qi (energy) moving in your body and learn to use it to your advantage.
