- A guide personally written by Sifu Adam Williss for how to best structure your training at home.
- Weekly face-to-face with live video lessons directly with Sifu Adam Williss.
- One-on-one contact availability with Sifu Adam Williss to answer any questions you may have.
- The ability to send Sifu Adam Williss your training videos which will be constructively criticized to ensure continued improvement and technical accuracy.
