What to bring?
Bring yourself, a towel and a notebook (optional).
What to wear?
Where comfortable workout clothes. Socks for Dana Point’s mat or sneakers for Irvine’s hardwood floors. Also be sure to remove all jewelry.
How long are classes?
- Adult/Juniors Wing Chun classes are 1 hour long followed by a 30 minute open workout session
- Kids (ages 5-10) are 40 minutes
- Preschool classes in Dana Point are 30 minutes
- Qigong classes in Dana Point are 50 minutes long
